 neighborhood in Cocoa, the Brevard  
 Museum of History and Natural Science  
 explores Brevard County’s history, from Ice  
 Age to Space Age. More than 3,000 artifacts  
 help explain how Native Americans lived  
 in the area and the challenges that Florida  
 settlers faced. Major features are the  
 remains of Windover Woman, the oldest  
 human remains found in North America,  
 and a re-creation of the Windover Dig, an  
 important archaeological site in Titusville.
