Holmes Regional Medical Center Ranks No. 1 in the area, No. 17 in Florida
BREVARD COUNTY, FLORIDA – Health First’s Holmes Regional Medical Center was named the No. 1 hospital in the area, and Health First’s four hospitals earned a combined 14 “High Performing Specialty” designations as part of U.S. News & World Report’s 2024 “Best Hospitals” report released this summer.
In addition to being ranked the No. 1 hospital in Brevard County, Holmes Regional Medical Center was ranked No. 17 in Florida among more than 300 hospitals considered — up five spots from last year.

U.S. News & World Report evaluates data on nearly 5,000 hospitals nationwide in more than 30 medical and surgical services to produce its annual ranking. Hospitals are rated according to their performance in complex care in medical specialties and in common procedures and conditions.
