Holy Trinity eighth grader Stuti Mishra has won the Orlando Regional Spelling Bee for the second year in a row, earning her an encore performance at the Scripps National Spelling Bee near the nation’s capitol later this month.  During the 53rd annual Central Florida competition, top spellers from Lake, Osceola, Sumter, Marion, Orange, Seminole and Volusia Counties challenged Stuti.

Last year she was a semifinalist in the national competition, finishing 19th among 275 competitors.This year she will face 276 other spectacular spellers from across the country during the Scripps National Spelling Bee that will be broadcast on ESPN.
