13TH ANNUAL TURTLE SPLASH

It’s a FUNdraiser to help local charity raise funds and awareness for important cause

MELBOURNE, FL (May 1, 2017) – The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project presents their signature Annual FUNdraising event, Turtle Splash! on Saturday, July 15th at noon at their facility, Morgan’s Place – located at 4241 N. Highway 1, Melbourne, FL. 32935.
“This is the 13th year we have held this family-friendly event to benefit The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project’s Quality-of-life support programs for children with disabilities,” said Kristen Malfara, Founder and Executive Director for the organization. “We are so pleased to be able to give back in our community by assisting children with special needs at Morgan’s Place and all proceeds from this event will stay here in Brevard County.”

About The Turtle Splash
The idea is quite simple. People everywhere will have the opportunity to “adopt” our cute little plastic numbered turtles for a small $5 donation, and on July 15, 2017 they will race their way to the finish line at Morgan’s Place and it will be broadcast LIVE on Facebook at noon. The adoptive “parents” of the winning turtles win valuable prizes, including our Grand Prize 7-day cruise for 2 on Holland America valued over $5,000. New prizes are being added daily. Sponsorships are also available – businesses in the community will be promoted and provided exposure continuously in advance, as well as during the Turtle Splash festivities. The M.O.R.G.A.N. Project raises awareness, raises lots of money, helps children with special needs, sponsors gain community exposure, and everyone has FUN in the process!

Turtle adoptions available at SeaCoast Bank in Melbourne and at Morgan’s Place. For more information, a list of prizes, and to adopt turtles online please visit www.turtlesplash.org.
