Halloween is synonymous with pumpkin patches, costume parties, trick-or-treating and spooktacular moments. The Space Coast has something for everyone this month, so don’t miss out on these safe and family-friendly festivities!

Pumpkin Patch

October 5 – 30

Friday through Sunday 9:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.

Offering a wide selection of pumpkins and gourds, this patch is one of the biggest in the county. A beautiful backdrop with hay bales and scarecrows will also be available for family photos. Boo at the Zoo

Enjoy a boo-tacular evening filled with music, creepy crafts, terror-rific entertainment, themed areas with fun Halloween activities and trick-or-treating at various treat stations. Haunted Airboat Ride

Find out what’s lurking in the swamp at this spooky event. Camp Holly and the Brevard County Airboat Association invite you to discover swamp “monsters” on a haunted airboat ride along the St. Johns River. Melbourne Main Street’s Annual Trick or Treat

October 24

Bring your boys and “ghouls” down to Melbourne Main Street’s
Annual Trick or Treat. This free event is loaded with family fun as the kids visit all the retailers for treats. Ghostly Gecko 5K

October 24

This Halloween-themed evening race is sure to be a ghostly good time. A post-race party will take place where you can expect a Halloween costume contest (for the kids too,) trick-or-treat bags, Halloween goodie bags and a Halloween Horror Night ticket package giveaway. $30 prior to race day, $35 day of race. Halloween in the Village

October 31

Cocoa Riverfront Park, 401 Riveredge Drive, Cocoa

4 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Little trick-or-treaters and their families are welcomed to Cocoa Village for a fun and safe Halloween adventure. Kids will be able to visit merchants for treats, stroll the park for fun family activities and entertainment. Don’t miss eerie tales at the Porcher House brought to you by the Brevard Theatrical Ensemble. A Halloween movie will be playing on the big screen beginning at 7:15 p.m. To participate in all of the kid’s activities including the bounce house, kids’ area games, hayrides, pumpkin decorating and much more there is a $5 activity band fee.
