Alpizar Law is one of Brevard’s oldest and most proven personal injury law firms, and its devotion to help continues. John Alpizar began his career in 1978 and has established a reputation as a statewide leader within the personal injury community.
Alpizar was born in Key West and after four years of college in West Virginia and three years of law school in Ohio, he was ready to move back to Florida. He was offered a job right out of law school with a great law firm in Cocoa and the rest is history. He started the firm because he wanted to concentrate on helping victims of personal injury and felt he could best do that by having his own law firm.
When Alpizar moved to Brevard County 38 years ago, he knew this place was special. One of the ways Alpizar Law displays their philanthropy is via an annual Turkey Giveaway each year for Brevard County residents. Having raised a family and dedicated his career to helping people in this community, Alpizar felt this was a wonderful expression of thanks to the place he’d called home for almost four decades. In 2016, over 600 turkeys were passed out. The company also sponsors events such as Operation Hope, Candlelighters of Brevard, Friends of the Children’s Advocacy Center of Brevard, Share Your Christmas and Boo at Zoo.
