Antonio and Vittoria Italian Tavern brings authentic and fresh Italian cuisine to the Space Coast.

If you’re searching for a fresh Italian meal right here in town, look no further than Antonio & Vittoria Italian Tavern, a truly authentic Italian dining experience in Satellite Beach. You’ll feel as though you’ve entered an Italian home when you are greeted by Antonio and his friendly staff.

Antonio migrated here from Caserta, Italy bringing with him his knowledge of and passion for Italian cuisine. Caserta is situated 22 miles north of Naples in the Campania region – the region where the Margherita Pizza was first created.

Visiting Antonio’s restaurant reminded me of my travels to Naples and the delicious Neapolitan cuisine specific to that region. He focuses on importing high quality, healthy ingredients for his dishes which he takes absolute care in creating from scratch. An important part of his process is educating his guests on healthy products to enhance their own lifestyle and cooking at home. Their motto is to serve dishes with purely Italian recipes combined with fresh daily ingredients carefully selected for an unforgettable experience. His wines are also imported directly from Italy and sourced from small family vineyards. The menu is ever-changing so you can be sure to taste something new each time you go. Be sure to make a reservation and truly immerse yourself in the Italian culinary culture.

I sat down for lunch with Antonio and had a hearty selection from the November menu. Starting with the “Trota Rossa Contadina,” a fresh red filet of trout baked and topped with broccoli, cherry tomatoes and carrots in a white wine lemon sauce. The fish was one of a kind, fresh and cooked to perfection.

Next, was the “Raviolotto Del Prete” – a homemade beetroot ravioli pasta stuffed with pear and mascarpone cheese, laid on velvety butternut squash with crispy eggplant and topped with freshly grated cheese. The perfect balance of fall ingredients.

And for dessert, the original tiramisu with a cappuccino. A must-have dessert every time you visit Antonio’s!
Antonio and Vittoria also own an Italian market, so if you enjoyed your meal (and we know you will) and want to re-create your dishes with the finest ingredients, you can shop around the market and bring home cheeses, meats, pastas and desserts imported from Italy, straight to your dining room table.

Thanks to Antonio and Vittoria, we don’t have to travel too far from home to enjoy the tastes of Italy.

Antonio and Vittoria’s Italian Tavern hosts food and wine classes, where you will learn how to cook a four-course meal, including pasta and dessert. At the end, you will enjoy a meal with the class. Reservations are required. For more information, visit their website or check their Facebook page.
