Among Curri’s most memorable sales have been a 5,000+-square-foot residence on iconic Riverside Drive in Indialantic. Curri negotiated the sale of the home last year for $4,500,000. Another notable transaction was the sale of one of the last pieces of direct oceanfront real estate near the Indialantic boardwalk, an investor’s dream location that sold for $1,850,000. Curri represented both the buyer and seller in this transaction.
