Fins & Frames: the Fly Fishing Palette of Jon Cave

The Downtown Art Gallery, 400 Orange St, in downtown Titusville, is proud to present the art work of Featured Artist Jon Cave. A renowned fly fisherman, Jon has captured the love of the sport in his watercolor and acrylic paintings.

“Fins & Frames – a Splash of Color from the Fly Fishing Palette of Jon Cave”

is on display from March 18 to April 11 wit6h an opening reception on March 22 from 5 to 8 pm

Jon is a professional fly-fishing guide, outdoor writer, photographer, an the owner of Performance Fly-Fishing Schools. He has traveled the world in pursuit of some of the most prized fresh and salt-water fishes.  As an artist, he creates paintings that authentically capture the excitement of fly fishing and the beautiful environments where the fish are found.

Jon says, “My paintings are drawn from that a wide range of experiences and interactions with fish and portray the specific  exhilarating moments all fly-fishers have as they pursue a favorite species of game fish.”
