Coquito Rum Drink


1-15 oz can of cream of coconut (you can use coconut milk for a less creamy texture)

1-14 oz can of sweetened condensed milk 1-12 oz can of evaporated milk 1 cup of white rum (you can add more if you fi nd it too mild)

1 tsp of ground cinnamon ½ tsp ground nutmeg (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a blend.

Blend until there is a light froth on mixture or for 5 minutes.

Place in a glass carafe with lid and put in refrigerator for a few hours (overnight is better).

After cooling the mixture should thicken a bit. Pour into a glass cup/or wine glass and add more cinnamon or nutmeg if desired. Enjoy!


NOTE: This recipe can be altered according to what your personal preferences are; you can add more or less of any of the ingredients.
