The local owner of HydroShield Space Coast, Frank Freda, is combining the latest in science with the lessons he learned through the experience of generations, growing up and working in the construction industry.  The result: a unique and innovative solution for area homeowners.

Freda is a former general contractor who relocated here with his family from New Jersey in July, 2019. His previous 28-year construction background and more than four years’ experience with his HydroShield business in the northeast taught him the value of honesty, integrity and passion in business.

Frank is the first to tell you, “I operate my business under the platinum rule; simply put, ‘Treat your customers the way you would want to be treated.’ These are lessons I learned from my father in our family construction business years ago.
