The new location covers 46,000 square feet of showroom and service facilities with 16 service bays employing over 100 people on the seven-acre site.
Audi has become synonymous with beautiful design, intelligent, state-of-the-art technology and top-of-the-line performance since the 1930s. The four interlocking rings of their logo symbolize the company that was formed by the joining of four independent automobile manufacturers in Germany. It is a logo that is recognized and prized around the world.
Here on the Space Coast, the demand for Audi SUVs, sedans and now the e-Tron line of electric automobiles continues to skyrocket. Their growing popularity inspired Audi Melbourne to relocate their dealership—which has been shared with Mercedes-Benz and Porsche Melbourne—to a new location at the intersection of U.S. Route 192 and Interstate 95.
“This move has been in the works for over five years. The Audi business has grown so substantially that a new location was the best solution,” said Shay Rowe, the owner of all three dealerships.
He cited that their sales have grown from around 80 per year to well over 500.
Explaining the brand’s popularity, he added, “Audi’s products have been so exceptional; therefore, sales have increased and, with it, the need for service.” The new location covers 46,000 square feet of showroom and service facilities with 16 service bays employing over 100 people on the seven-acre site.

New Location for New Innovation
Gus Becce, the general manager of the new dealership commented, “This location will be very convenient for our Suntree-Viera and Vero Beach clients. In fact, it provides easy access for all our customers.” With nearly 12 years at Audi Melbourne, Becce is a true brand ambassador, stating, “Audi has made a name for itself by seamlessly combining technology, safety, convenience and performance.”
According to Rowe, Audi began marketing towards a younger demographic almost ten years ago. Today, that foresight and investment is paying off, as those who imagined driving an Audi when they were starting their careers, have moved into the ranks of professionals.
The first new e-Tron fully electric vehicles will bearriving at their showrooms this summer. Rowe described them as a “complete evolution in the automobile industry.”
Car and Driver said Audi’s product and approach may meet and exceed early entries in the electric automobile market. “Although the e-Tron has cutting- edge technology, it exhibits exterior styling similar to its corporate siblings—Audi did this intentionally in order to make it more approachable to mainstream buyers,” the magazine reported. With greater range, quicker charging times and its parent company VW leading the charging station initiative in the U.S., the optimism is apparent.
As Brevard becomes the aerospace and technology hub for Florida, it is not surprising that a brand whose historic slogan is, vorsprung durch technik, meaning “being ahead through technology,” is capturing attention, market share and now a new state-of-the-art home.
