Renowned Viera Real Estate Broker, Grace Vista, Launches New Company
Through the years you may have seen Grace Vista’s big for sale signs gracing riverfront homes on Rockledge Drive, Melbourne and surrounding areas. Or perhaps you remember her locally famous bus stop ads in Viera and Suntree. Grace has been known throughout the Space Coast for her innovative advertising and award-winning real estate service.
Originally a marketing director and realtor from Annapolis, Maryland, Grace relocated to Viera, FL in 2009 and began working as a realtor for Viera Realty. Within a few short years, she became a top realtor and eventually started her own independent agency, Vista Florida Realty, in 2014. Her firm’s success attracted larger companies and in 2020, Grace sold her company to a luxury brand and stayed on as their Regional Managing Broker. “But soon I realized I missed running my own ship,” Grace says with a laugh. “By 2025, I was at a crossroad. I had achieved my career dreams and even took time off to travel to the Philippines, Italy and Europe. I wasn’t quite ready to retire. I felt like I had more to contribute,” Grace said. “I still loved real estate and helping others and decided I should start a new company.”
After researching and speaking with multiple national real estate companies and weighing the pros and cons of each, Grace chose to affiliate with the NextHome brand. Grace purchased a NextHome franchise and launched a new office centrally located in Melbourne by January 2026. Grace’s new real estate company is NextHome Coastal Vista.
“I discovered NextHome years ago, and the brand’s personality always resonated with me,” Grace said. “It wasn’t my first rodeo and after talking with many top brands, NextHome stood out as the best in class for my business goals.
