What to Expect:

Gentle Movement & Breathwork: Ease into stillness with guided movement and breathing to prepare your body for healing.

Auricular Acupuncture: Dr. Andrea will perform a targeted ear acupuncture protocol designed to support your nervous system and emotional balance. By stimulating key points, this treatment helps shift your body into a calm, restorative state. You may feel your breath deepen, your mind quiet, and a sense of ease take over as your nervous system begins to reset.

Immersive Sound Bath: As you rest with acupuncture, you’ll be immersed in the soothing frequencies of crystal bowls, chimes, and healing instruments led by Kate The Great. A sound bath uses vibration, energy, and frequency to gently shift your brain from an active beta state into the more relaxed alpha and theta states. It’s a powerful way to quiet the mind and support the body’s natural healing response.

Grounding & Reflection: We’ll close the evening with time to integrate, reflect, and leave feeling aligned, rested, and reconnected.

Hydration Station: We’ll have LMNT electrolytes available to support hydration and replenishment. It helps your body release tension, improve circulation, and fully absorb the benefits of acupuncture and sound therapy.
