 Ferrara-McEllin has enlisted a wellversed

 2007 with cooking classes, personal  
 chef services, menu creation and  
 restaurant consulting.  
 Instructor Mary Storey, owner of  
 Mary Storey Confections, is an honors  
 graduate of Baking and Patisserie  
 Program at Le Cordon Blue College of  
 Culinary Arts Orlando and attended  
 the Barry Callebaut Chocolate  
 Academy in Chicago.  
 Born in the United Kingdom, Susie  
 Evans Ardovini has been a chef and  
 restaurateur for more than three  
 decades. She is CEO of The Big Dream  
 Factory and Pasta Nostra U.S.A., an  
 organic pasta company.  
 The owner of Sweet Trade Bakery,  
 Doshia Freeman is recognized in the  
 Southeast for her talent with unique  
 edibles as beautiful to the eye as they  
 are to the palate. Classically trained  
 Chef Sean Joyce opened 48 new
