Born in Brevard County, he started building semi-custom homes for a Jacksonville-based builder while in college at the University of North Florida, where he was president of the student chapter of the National Association of Home Builders. With a 2022 bachelor’s degree in construction management, he returned to his Space Coast roots.
“I moved back to Brevard to work with my dad building projects such as Pint & Pistol in Cocoa, Oceanside Pizza in Melbourne, Cocoa and Cocoa Beach,” Scales said. “With 28 years of experience between two generations, we have the expertise to see all projects through. We’ve built everything, including restaurants, hotels, condos, apartments, custom homes, warehouses and other industrial buildings.”
