Sound Bath + Breathwork | Restore & Rebalance with KTG

Begin the new year with intention by giving yourself space to slow down, restore, and reconnect. After the busyness and stress of the holiday season, this experience is designed to help calm the nervous system, quiet the mind, and bring your body back
into balance.

We’ll begin with gentle, guided breathwork to ground in and release tension, followed by a nourishing sound bath that invites stillness, clarity, and a sense of inner ease.

This is an opportunity to pause, turn inward, and focus on YOU supporting rest, renewal, and a clear start to the year.

All levels are welcome. No prior experience needed.

Spots are limited. Pre-registration is encouraged.

What to bring:

• Yoga mat

• Blanket or bolster for comfort

• Eye mask (optional)
