Porter finds value in education, and in being
able to map things out for every single client
that may come with a different background
or with a different profession. “I feel like
my masters in business administration has
allowed me to be a chameleon with different
clients. I can understand them at different
levels.” Porter also holds a masters in real
estate development because as she says, “I
really wanted to master my craft and be that
expert voice to whatever client sits in front
of me.”
The MVP Sales Group of Waterman Real Estate, is focused on building
relationships with every client by being intentional with every
interaction and leading with integrity and passion to assist their
clients in conquering their real estate milestones.
Meili Viera Porter has been in the Real Estate business since
she was 17 years old. You’ll find she is extremely passionate
about the business and helping people accomplish different
milestones, within their lifetime, that are tied to real estate. Porter
essentially created her own niche around that, but she’ll also be
quick to say she’s not just a real estate broker. “I’m a problem solver
who allows a client to evolve, if they wish, from being a first-time
buyer to going into investments, or into commercial real estate. I’m
their one-person resource from the very beginning.”
That desire to be a client’s be-all led her to building a multifaceted
group at Waterman Real Estate called the MVP Sales Group. As the
owner of this group, Porter directs hand-picked group members to
handle residential purchasing and selling, new construction purchasing,
commercial purchasing investments, commercial property
management, and land acquisitions for new developments. Porter
adds, “Having an office and a group that encompasses every aspect
of real estate and does it very, very well creates a nice synergy within
our group. Everyone at MVP has a niche and a place within the
group, so whether you are trying to customize a full custom-built
home, trying to customize and develop a full commercial portfolio,
or you are starting an investment portfolio and you have no idea
