CDS BUILDERS IS EXCLUSIVELY DEVELOPING
51 HOMESITES IN NEW ECO-COMMUNITY
The gated upscale new eco-community of Aripeka
in Viera is a very different one. It is the only one in
all of Viera that will have the utmost respect for
trees and the natural world throughout.
Located at Aripeka Drive, in Viera’s southern village,
just minutes away from shopping, dining, entertainment,
healthcare and A-rated schools, Aripeka is a
serene world away.
“The uniqueness of this project falls in the preservation
of the natural vegetation and Florida terrain,” said Chris
Simms of CDS Builders, “in addition to being one of
4 approved builders in Phase 1, CDS Builders is proud
to announce that we are exclusively developing 51
homesites within the community.” This is the first time
another developer has done so in Viera since Chris
helped his father Don Simms develop Crane Creek in
Viera East in 1990.
“The land has a beautiful old Florida feel with lot lines
oriented along many unique specimen trees and
vegetation. We have gorgeous oaks and palms that
will remain as part of the landscape.”
A multi-generational family business since the
1960s, Chris went out on his own with CDS
Builders focusing on customer-driven,
“forever” homes that maintain their value
because of innovative, well-crafted construction
and timeless design.
In Aripeka, the CDS Builders will focus
on architecturally-rich residences that
welcome the outdoors in through ample
use of windows. The team at CDS Builders
is known in the industry for their ability to
blend artistic design, quality and value.
“These homes are custom from the
ground up and are very organic in design,”
added Simms.
Lots range from a quarter to half-acre-plus,
and homes start at $900,000 to nearly
$2 million.
The community encourages connection with
the outdoors through a network of trails that
even connect to the linear park adjacent to
the Brevard Zoo. The amenity center will be a
gathering point for residents. The oak canopy will be
the main driver for the site, creating shaded spaces
for natural open play and meandering trails. The
clubhouse will feature an “Old Florida” style with airy
screened porches. The clubhouse and community park
is sure to be popular with residents’ special events.
“Another magical way we’ve found to incorporate
the existing trees in Aripeka is that homeowners
can live out their childhood dreams of building a
personal treehouse in their yard,” said Tim McWilliams
of CDS Builders.
