This is a true family hit! This Zesty Chicken Spaghetti puts a kicky twist on a traditional spaghetti casserole. It’s creamy with a kick. And, my favorite thing about it is that it’s so simple to make! You’re likely to have most of the ingredients on hand already, so you can easily whip this up at any time. It’s also a good dish to make and freeze to eat at a later time.

ZESTY CHICKEN SPAGHETTI

1 box angel hair pasta

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 14.5-oz. can diced tomatoes with green chiles

8-oz. sour cream

Cut chicken into small chunks and heat over medium in a saute pan until slightly browned and mostly cooked through. Boil vegetables according to package directions, then drain. Boil pasta according to package directions, then drain.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Serving Suggestions:

This casserole is pretty heavy and creamy, so it pairs well with a nice light salad and a sliced baguette.
