SpaceCoast Living’s 90 Days to Healthy, Beautiful Skin with Dr. Anita Saluja
1) What it’s About: Skin care is not only for beauty but also health. Look years younger in only 90 days utilizing a customized comprehensive treatment plan and product system designed by Dr. Saluja.
2) How to Enter: Dr. Saluja is looking for individuals who can most benefit from the 90 Day to Healthy, Beautiful Skin Contest. To enter, email models@scbmarketing.com with subject titled “90 Day to Healthy, Beautiful Skin and a portrait photo. See specific guidelines for submitting photo.
- Only one (1) entry per person/email address permitted; must be 21 years or older to apply; cannot be pregnant or nursing;
- Send a front portrait photo without any makeup on for proper evaluation. Due to technical limitations the uploaded photo cannot be larger than 1 MB or less;
**Note: Contestants must be available and flexible in scheduling office visits with Dr.Saluja.
3) Selection and Notification of Winner
Dr. Saluja will select potential winners and write a customized skin-care treatment and product plan(s) and possible in-office facial treatments such as chemical peels depending on the evaluation. The winners “before” and “after” photos along with Dr.Saluja’s initial evaluation and progress will be published in SpaceCoast Living Magazine. The potential winners will be notified by email on or about 11/19/12 (‘notice”) and will be required to execute a publicity release of her photo and essay as a condition to being declared a winner. Winner must sign a model release. If the notice comes back as undeliverable, or a potential winner does not return the required Assignment within three (3) days from the date of the notice, or if an entrant or Entry is found to be ineligible for any reason, the potential winner will be disqualified and will forfeit any rights to the prize and a runner up will be selected as a winner.
4) Grand Prize: The individual with the greatest improvement in their skin analyzed using Canfield’s Reveal Imager (accurate and consistent measuring system) with before and after photography will receive 6 months of products FREE!
