Who doesn’t love the taste of Ranch dressing!? It’s one of the most popular salad dressings and it will make this recipe become one of your favorite chicken dishes. Simple, quick, and easy to make, I tend to serve this Ranch Chicken when I have a lot of family and friends coming to my dinner table. Be sure to make a few extra, people will be asking for seconds!
Prep-to-Eat Time: Approx. 35 minutes
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or cutlets
Ranch salad dressing
Dried Ranch seasoning and dressing mix (optional)
Italian style breadcrumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Dunk each piece of chicken in Ranch dressing and coat well, then cover with breadcrumbs.
Place in greased baking dish. Optional: Sprinkle with dried Ranch seasoning and dressing mix.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve with sautéed green beans and roasted red skin potatoes for a complete family meal.
