The 4th annual Historic Cocoa Village’s BBQ & Blues event will take place on June 6 and 7. This event showcases two days of world class blues music and the best barbecue in Florida and the southeast competing for over $9,000 in cash prizes.
The event is sanctioned by the Florida BBQ Association and brings professional competitors from all over the southeast and thousands from around the state. Pro circuit and auxiliary competitions which include people’s choice, best sauce and best dessert. The weekend also includes a Friday night bash, Friday night pub crawl through Cocoa Village, barbecue vendors, merchandise vendors, a kids’ zone and two days of Blues music. Partial proceeds from the event will benefit music in schools through Brevard Schools Foundation.
