Some of the most inspirational people along Florida’s Space Coast will be honored at the Space Coast Inspiration Awards, Saturday, October 13, 6-9pm, at Cocoa Civic Center. The event will feature Master of Ceremonies Wayne Ivey, Brevard County sheriff, and world-inspiring survivor and singer Kechi, top finalist, America’s Got Talent 2017.

World-renowned Kechi was one of two survivors of a plane crash that killed 107 passengers, including 60 students from her Christian high school in Nigeria. She then moved to the U.S., endured 100 surgeries, graduated, discovered her angelic voice and adopted her mission to inspire the world.

The event will begin with a complimentary 6pm reception, courtesy of The Restaurant and Entertainment Establishments of the Historic Cocoa Village Association, Victory Casino Cruises and Two Chicks and a Pot Catering.
