Friends. Family. Home. That is what you will find when walking through the doors at Victoria Landing. Owners, John and Barbara Rumpel, as well as the entire Victoria Landing team, strive to make Victoria Landing the best it can be…in commemoration of Victoria, John Rumpel’s late daughter, and in celebration of a vibrant and vital life!

After falling in love with the Historic Downtown Eau Gallie neighborhood, the Rumpels decided to start a new life venture on their own little corner of paradise. Eager to share the breathtaking vista with others, they envisioned a community that would allow residents to age in place; a compassionate and caring community worthy of a resident like John’s beloved mother, Joya.

The Rumpel’s vision became a reality four years ago when Victoria Landing welcomed its first residents into their new home. Offering gourmet dining, resort style amenities, engaging activities, a scenic walking trail, and much more,  Victoria Landing is a care-free oasis for the residents who have chosen to call it home.

What makes Victoria Landing unique is the fact that the Rumpels live onsite. They are active participants in the day-to-day operations of Victoria Landing, listening and responding to the residents and family members’ needs and wishes. “I love that I get to say ‘yes’. It makes me feel like we truly put the needs of our residents ahead of anything else, and I’m proud to be a part of a team that can say that,” says Executive Director Amy Schaefer.

In 2018, Victoria Landing will have even more to offer. Upon the completion of its annex, it will expand both amenities offered and the continuum of care available to residents. A large auditorium, game room, community kitchen, and additional craft space are just part of the exciting addition. The addition also includes The Boardwalk. This will be a warm, welcoming, secure environment provided to residents with memory impairments.

Life at Victoria Landing reminds you of old Florida, says Marketing Executive Maxime Suchoski. “Victoria Landing is a hidden gem, tucked away in a beautiful, historic neighborhood. The canopy of oak trees and the waterfront views are the inspiration behind our community’s lifestyle,” says Suchoski. “Our residents enjoy a vibrant, care-free lifestyle. They participate in the resident selected activities and allow us to take over the day-to-day chores that become so cumbersome at home.”

Friends. Family. Home. That is what Victoria Landing prides itself in offering. “We are so proud of who we are and what we do,” explained Schaefer. “The only way to truly appreciate all that Victoria Landing has to offer is to come and see it for yourself. I encourage you to visit.”
