There are many opportunities to celebrate Atlantis this month and children can join in on the fun too at Camp Kennedy Space Center. This year’s theme “Celebrate Space Shuttle Atlantis” focuses on the historical impact of the 33 missions into space.

Camp Kennedy Space Center offers students unique adventures and learning activities. Campers will:

• Participate in a simulated Space Shuttle mission

• Learn hands-on about the science of space travel

• Hear real-life stories from a Shuttle Astronaut

• Take a KSC Up-close tour

Experience the new home of Space Shuttle Atlantis

The camp lasts five days (Monday through Friday) and includes a KSCVC annual pass. Available to students entering second grade through ninth grade, starting June 10 and taking place until August 5.
